What’s new in Street.co.uk? Development Update December 2022

Head of Product

As we head into the final countdown of 2022 and begin to wind down for Christmas, we’re taking some time to reflect on everything we’ve achieved in the last month of the year… and there’s a lot to fill you in on!

NEW Acaboom Integration.

Mutual users of both Street and Acaboom will be able to enjoy total convenience after booking a valuation with our exciting new integration.

After enabling the integration, details of newly created market appraisals booked through Street will be sent automatically to Acaboom. This allows Acaboom to start sending your pre-established presentations for pre and post valuation to help secure an instruction, without so much as a click of a button.

Statistics for properties within a development.

Keep track of all activity within a development that you’ve been instructed to sell with our Development Property Statistics feature.

Within each development, you can now view a detailed table of key information, including the number of viewings, enquiries and offers you’ve generated for each property. This gives agents a quick and easy overview of activity, helping them facilitate conversations with developers when asked about interest levels on their properties.

Telephony integration is now live!

Not only can you now click a button to make a call directly from within Street.co.uk, but we have also added a few other features to telephony.

Audio recording and transcriptions can be turned on for calls made within Street.co.uk, allowing your agents to create an audit trail if they ever need to refer back to what happened on a call at a later date.

Notifications for properties that fall through

After all the hard work that’s gone into arranging a sale, fall throughs only add more admin to an agent’s plate - so we wanted to reduce this!

By using our new automated emails for after a property is withdrawn, agents can alleviate the pressure of time-consuming admin tasks and communicate with all parties, including the solicitors, without lifting a finger.

But don’t worry, all email communication is completely customisable - meaning you can add a personal touch and remain in complete control over what gets sent out.

Filter your Property Keys table by branch

If your agency has multiple branches, it can be difficult to stay on track of property key inventory. Therefore, in our latest update, we’ve enabled you to allocate property keys to specific branches, making it easier and quicker to locate the keys you need ahead of a viewing or completion.

Leave notes for other agents.

Keep fellow agents in the loop by adding more context to follow ups, as well as a due date, across various pages within Street.co.uk. That way, no matter who picks up the task knows exactly what needs to be done- so nothing gets missed.

Keep track of tasks no matter what.

If a colleague is off sick or away on holiday, it can be difficult to keep track of their tasks while they’re away… until now! Using Street.co.uk’s new task management tools, you can quickly and easily switch between your tasks, the tasks of your branch, and tasks of other agents, all from within Street.co.uk, keeping your agency operating at its best.

Street Lettings Updates

See the certificates your rental properties are missing, all in one table.

With the new Missing Certificates Tables, it’s easier than ever to view all the properties that are missing safety certificates. This new feature offers a clear visualisation of what certificates are currently active as well as what’s missing. Simply click the Add button on the table and any relevant missing certificates can be easily added.

Personalise & send Tenancy Agreements with the push of a button.

Thanks to Street.co.uk’s new Document Generator, creating, personalising and sending Tenancy Agreements has never been easier.

Firstly, you will need to create a template within the Lettings Applications section of the document generator. Once this is built, you can click ‘Generate Agreement’ within the Tenancy Agreement category, select the pre-built template, and send it to your new tenants to sign on the dotted line with our e-signature integration.

And the best part? Street.co.uk will automatically update when the relevant signatures have been completed.

As you can see, December has been a pretty busy month for Street.co.uk! And, while that’s everything for 2022, we strongly encourage you to stay tuned ahead of the New Year for plenty more thrilling new features to help streamline your processes with our ever-developing CRM.
