What’s new in Street.co.uk? Development Update July 2023

July brought about unexpected showers and disrupted summer plans across the UK. But here at Street.co.uk, our development plans are very much on track! We have a whole host of great updates this month that will help you achieve agency success. Let's take a closer look...

The calendar updates you’ve been asking for

We’ve been hearing your feedback and are excited to announce two new enhancements to our calendar system:

  • You can now add multiple agents to a custom calendar event. Whether it’s scheduling a team meeting in the office, or organising an appointment at a property, you now have the flexibility to invite multiple participants and ensure everyone is on the same page.
  • We understand the importance of recurring events in your schedule, like monthly sales target reviews or team 1-2-1s. With our latest update, you can set events to repeat at specified intervals including daily, weekly, or monthly. Plus, if you want to edit occurrences you can do it in one click, saving you time by automating repetitive scheduling tasks.

See whether an applicant is still actively looking at a glance

With our new status tracker, it's easy to determine if an applicant is still searching for a property. Simply check the "Looking" status on the applicant card located on their person page. This feature allows agents to quickly identify whether a contact is still a viable applicant, saving time qualifying them in and out.

Enable agent viewing notifications so you never miss an update

You now have the option to enable email notifications for the viewing agent when a viewing is confirmed or cancelled. Simply head to your company notification preferences under settings to toggle this on.

Export mileage reports in a click

You now have the ability to generate a mileage report directly from Street.co.uk. This report is easily downloadable and provides a breakdown of the mileage for your agency, including the appointments made by each agent with dates, distance travelled, and total expenses.

Improvements to client accounting

We’ve made various updates to client accounting which include the following:

  • Reconcile multiple transactions in Street.co.uk

This feature simplifies the process of managing bulk payments by allowing you to reconcile all transactions against a total amount. Plus, you can view a breakdown of the reconciled payments and undo the reconciliation if you make a mistake in just one click.

  • Add credit notes to a landlord or tenant ledger

You can now easily add credit notes to either the landlord or tenant ledger from the agent ledger. This feature is useful for agents who wish to offer payment in kind or carry over payments from a previous pay run.

Access the help centre directly from your navigation bar

You can now access the Street.co.uk help centre directly from your navigation bar within the Street.co.uk web app. The help centre provides advice and answers directly from the Street.co.uk team on various topics including onboarding your agency, managing notifications, and answering frequently asked questions.

Migrating to Street.co.uk is made easier with Bridge update

When using Bridge to migrate to Street.co.uk, it is now possible to import properties without owners. This feature helps ensure a smooth onboarding experience by allowing data to be carried over seamlessly.
